How do you meet Girls for dating if you're Speech disabled?

I have some weird speech problem so i can only handle simple speech. But all women my age i see(30s) and even highschoolers and fast paced talkative... No girl like that would like someone like me. I've proved it, becaue i n all the jobs i've been in nobody was interested in me, they just went with the loud talkative guys.

 

I think it's really difficult especially since Women look for guys with confidence and all that. And good comunicators. I rarely / well i never..see any women married to Guys with problems? There might be but not alot.

 

Women go for men in their same inteligence level.

 

So...what should i do? Speed dating is full of loud talkative people. Singles events are too. Schools are too.

 

What are my options? I'll never be an ideal suceesful guy since i have this problem, and women like successful guys or good talkers.

Can you not try speech therapy?

 

I dunno, from the sounds of your posts, you sound really hopeless and until you change that --- thinking you're hopeless --- you probably will be hopeless.

I know it's difficult when you have an impairment like that. You feel very self conscious, and that makes it worse. There is hope though. If you are a great guy otherwise and have other good qualities, some women may be able to overlook your speach impairment. My mother has a speach impairment that she has had all her life, and my father was able to overlook that. He appreciated the other really great qualities about her. My oldest sister had dated a guy that had a speach impairment for several months. Although it was a little distracting, she was able to overlook that. If you have a lot of other things going for you, it's possible to find love regardless. I would, however, suggest that you look up a qualified speach pathologist and work on that issue. I think they could help you to overcome that to some extent if not entirely. So don't lose hope. It may be possible to improve your speach pattern, and some people will overlook it and still give you a chance. Work on yourself to be the best that you can be, and work on that weakness to improve it as much as you can. But take heart that even if you don't improve your speach, it may not be a deal breaker to everyone.
