ImThinkingWTF Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Ive been seeing this guy for a few weeks now and I really like him, we get along great and he tells me all the time how much he likes me. We are both in our late 20s. The other day, he was on the phone with his friend and said he was at his girlfriends house. A few days later he made another comment similar to that. I really dont know what to make of it because we havent really had the talk yet...and I honestly dont want to. Im trying to remember if Ive ever had the talk in any of the relationships Ive had as an adult. But it seems like things just naturally progress. Is that just something that guys say but dont really mean? Honestly the thought of being anyones girlfriend scares the $h!t out of me but, I think Id like for that to happen with him...eventually.
january2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 I like the direct approach. That is, it's best not to assume and ask him directly. If it's too soon to label your relationship as boyfriend/girlfriend then you also need to tell him that.
