jpres63 Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 Hi there, I posted a comment the other day of how my girlfriend was unhappy but still wanted to be together (g.i.g.s i suppose) and got some good replies. The bad news is that we split up last night and she has moved out and I think we set the world record for crying together. I just don't understand how this could feel so unatural, I mean the sex life is dead and she didnt want to invest any time into it and to be frank either could I, but it feels so wrong just going from talking about it to actual never seeing each other again. This is the second time we broke up now and I know it will be last because we feel like something dosnt work. I cant describe the intensity though its unbelievable. I would love to get back with her in the future but I know that is BS. The Stats are that we were togther for 7 years split up after the 5th year for 10 months then got back together again (her descion even though I was super happy:D) and after 1 year 2 months it is now over . Would people get back for a 2nd time? sounds crazy but I love a love story. God I love her i just wish there wasn't a problem.
TheDovic Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 Problem is we never learn how to be in a relationship... We learn everything else in school, but this important part of our lives is neglected and we often have to work it out for ourselves! This isn't always easy because when something appears to be wrong it's hard to know what that something is, therefore we can't do anything about it. Did you ever try relationship counselling? I've heard that can turn even the most difficult relationships around, let alone ones where the two people (as in your relationship) seem to love each other so much
