I knew this female co-worker that was dating a guy.

She actually ENJOYED cleaning/organizing in general, even did it for friends. When she started dating this guy, she suprised him by cleaning his place for him before he got home.

This was just her "thing" she enjoyed, even though the guy wasn't that organized.

She had mentioned earlier that the ingrate was annoyed by altering his environment though the way she did without his permission.

Talk about backwards, right?

Imagine that, someone who ENJOYS cleaning.

I actually enjoy cleaning... not all the time... but I enjoy cleaning more than cooking. Because of this my ex would do most of the cooking and I would clean up afterwards. It worked for us.

My BF is not naturally neat and clean (although he's made big efforts to make things presentable for me). I find myself starting to straighten things up and even clean things when I'm in his house for any length of time... to be honest, an odd fantasy I have is being able to clean his house really thoroughly and surprise him with that... :p

BTW what's up with those wuss guys who can clean a dirty engine but can't wash one dish?

yes, it is very interesting how those skills don't 'translate', eh?

I don't care if a man cooks because I like cooking. I just hate doing the dishes afterward, so he can do that instead and I'll be happy. I have to either marry a man who likes washing dishes or we'd have to have a dishwasher. Otherwise, it's paper plates, cups and plastic flatware. :o
