I feel as if my morals prevent me from just jumping the gun and going for what I need. I feel as if I need sex, but my morals prevent me from seeking it in the all avenues which would lead to it.

Morals about what? If you need sex, go get it. If you're worried about morals, get a boyfriend I guess.
Dorie Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 I feel it a bit. My morals feel most restricted in the realm of sexuality. Raised in a stringent household, sex was a forbidden topic and no physical affection was ever shown between my parents. At 29, I'm beginning to re-examine my boundaries as some are very, very narrow.
Cypress25 Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 What you call morals, I call self-respect. I don't think that holds me back at all, I think it allows me to make good decisions. I don't feel stifled or restricted; I do what I want and I'm pretty liberal. Self-respect keeps me from doing stupid things that I would regret.
