The arms do look different after the 2nd picture but I don't like her arms. Too thin and her elbow is too pointy.

I think all body types are beautiful. That woman from Mad Men is beautiful but so is Natalie Portman. They both have are very feminine women. Jessica Simpson is beautiful but so is Kristen Bell.

I even think of my girlfriends in real life that are beautiful. They come in all shapes and sizes and colors. One girlfriend is slender with a nice figure that looks good in anything. My other girlfriend has a big bottom but very small on top. Another girlfriend has bigger boobs but a smaller bottom. Women come in all shapes and sizes and I'm glad for it because it is what makes us unique and interesting.

some more than others..

Here's what I've found: guys don't really care that much.

Somewhere in between scary skinny and obese is preferred (which is most people). If a girl is friendly and relatively cute, men will be equally attracted to her, regardless of her body type.

I am devoid of curves and small-chested yet much beloved by my boyfriend. He was drawn to my intelligence and warmth, he said. Then catching himself, added "And beauty of course." I accepted that little white lie gratefully. :D

SomeDude your opinois havent changed at all have they?? ;) Still on the curvy train!

My measurements are 34DD, but my ratios are 36-28-36 I have a really tiny waist apparently!! I know for me the hardest part of keeping the "hourglass" figure is my stomach, I will never have a six pack nor do I want a six pack, I keep it as flat as I can get it which is pretty darn flat lol! I don't expect anyone though to have a perfect body, I sure as heck know mine isn't perfect!!

Oh, you're 36-28-36. With a 34 bust. A while ago I was thinking the the first 36 was the bra size, so I would have thought you'd be at 36DD but D-Lish schooled me a while back on how bra sizing realy works. So your breasts only add 2 inches of mass? That doesn't seem right.

And yes, please don't get a six pack. It's just not right on women. Other than that, you sound amazing.

The reason I only add an extra two inches is because with my cup size there is a smaller difference between the band size (which is beneath the breast) and the actual peak of my breasts, women who are C cups actually have the biggest difference between the two. Weird but that is how it works, it's more like a 36.5 ish but I rounded down lol!!

As far as body fat goes, their abs look like they are exactly equal, probably Christina Hendricks is even heavier there but the swimsuit covers it up. You can't choose where your body stores fat, your woman is just lucky it hasn't gathered round her cheeks and made her look fatter than she is. My one has a little stomach fat but the arms are pretty much equal, hips are equal too.

Actually on a 2nd look Christina Hendricks has a full on gut.

See personally I think Christina is a very attractive woman....that said, she is definitely overweight, no doubt about it. At the awards show she had a slit at the bottom of her dress to show off her leg and it was definitely extremely flabby and out of shape. She should have not had the slit. I noticed this and her out of shape, unattractive, flabby let was also noted on Fashion Police. Also, I think if she had a breast reduction, it would greatly improve her look. It's like she has a whole bunch of extra boobage and it just spills over. Naked it doesn't look like pert, sexy breasts, I'm sure it is just a saggy mess falling to her belly.

That is just my opinion! Her face is very beautiful, but would even be prettier with a little contouring from losing some weight.

You can be curvy and voluptous without having flabby legs. That is my opinion!

Ok there are alot of threads on this board about weight and attractiveness. So I'm curious as to what men here, find "hot"....

So for example are you a fan of the "Keira Knightley and Kate Moss" look or the Christina Hendricks and Sofia Vergara" look?

And I know there is everything in between and bigger. But I think curves are in. I don't know many men that prefer the waif look..

My preferences definitely elevate Sofia Vergara over Keira Knightley. The curvature, the bust, the hips, and the general fullness that accompany Sofia are, for me, irresistible. Keira, by contrast, evokes very little sexual attraction. I couldn't imagine holding her close and feeling the sheer absence of flesh between us.

I've had friends tell me that I am positively insane for not finding Zoe Saldana attractive, but she is in the same vein as Knightley--too thin for my tastes. I've also been accused of being bonkers for not considering women of Christina Hendrick's build "fat." In my estimation, though, Hendricks just doesn't fit that bill. Her body and the proportions of it are feminine sexuality made manifest.

Thanks for backing Christina Hendricks!!! I think that she isn't fat at all!!! I think the whole BMI thing though is f-ed up because someone like her is considered overweight when infact she is still smaller than the average american. Good to know guys aren't all looking for the super skinny girl!! All my friends are those girls so when we go out I tend to stick out like a sore thumb! :(

This is the utlimate definition of what curvy really is, probably by most perspectives.

At the Beach

If anyone disagrees, they're sadly incorrect.

That is fantastic. But only a minute percentage of women can have a waist that small and legs that thick.

Even if she had a chubbier stomach, it's still sexy.

Well...she is definitely overweight. The average woman in the U.S. is a size 12 and she is definitely larger than that.

Nah, Kim Kardashian didn't invent anything let alone curves. Famous curvaceous women were around before Kim was even born. :p

Sadly, that's incorrect:(

MrNate thinks otherwise.

I can top this... I prefer rail thin girls. Stick figures. Girls that look they are 16.

Miranda Cosgrove, Avril Lavigne, Taylor Swift, Kristen Stewart, etc...

Being on the small side, I guess this could be why. At my skinniest, I can get to 113lbs and I'm 5'6".

What I hate about "curvy" and I'm using quotes 'cause it's all subjective, is thick legs and big boobs.

I love small boobs. I like really petite people.

I am the same way with guys, though. I don't like muscular men. I prefer walking sticks.

It's probably because I am one myself.

The ideal would be a super model in all the fashion magazines. Tall and skinny. They're beautiful to me.

The skinnier you are, the taller you look, too. I don't necessarily find myself tall, but the majority of people consider me tall because I have a lot of... curvy, short girlfriends. In other words, they're overweight. I don't find that attractive at all.

I noticed with most of the pictures shown, the "curvy" girls were slightly (or extremely) overweight. It's very hard to have big boobs and be in shape. Boobs only get so big, unless you have a lot of fat on you.

I gained weight and my boobs got a lot bigger, but so did my stomach, my butt, my pant size, etc.

I had a guy tell me I looked better, but technically, according to any doctor that I would have seen had I seen one, they probably would have told me I was overweight.

I like petite women. I am a woman, but I don't think this has anything to do with it, because I also prefer petite men. Not short men... but skinny men.

Like, rail thin guys.

I just like petite people.

It's all subjective, though. But we tend to like what we resemble and I resemble the body type of Avril Lavigne or a really thin girl. I could never be "curvy" no matter how hard I try unless I was overweight. At my healthiest weight, I'm skinny. Meaning, no muffin top, etc.

It's cute, because skinny guys can lift me. Pretty much anyone can lift me. And they used to do so in high school 'cause I was so tiny.

Like I said, I've gained weight, but that was medically related. When I lose it all again, I'll be tiny enough that my friends will probably start lifting me again. lol I just think it's cute.

But anyway... it's all preference. I know a guy who says he likes rail thin girls, but contradicts himself 'cause he also likes big boobs. You can't get rail thin and big boobs unless you're a cheerleader and have implants. lol It's very rare to see rail thin and big on top. He's also dated curvy girls. So...

He contradicts himself.

But anyway... that just goes to show you, that even though you might prefer slim or curvy, it's all personality when dating someone and if you really like someone it doesn't matter what body type they have.

If the guy that I liked got fat tomorrow, I'd still like him. Or if he started working out and got some muscle, I'd still like him, even though I technically don't like muscle. I'm not with him for what he looks like.

So... just my stance on the subject.

I agree with Hot Chick, Hendricks is definitely overweight. I wouldn't mind betting that she's not nearly as attractive without her clothes on.

Um yes?

That's like asking if I like a delicious New York steak, or a perfect cheesecake.

Right, usually a woman with legs that thick, usually has a thicker mid-section.

I've very few curvy women such as this, but MOST of which I can only seen as drawn in comics or cartoons where dimensions look less natural and more geometric.

Oh and she's only 5'0". Sweet and petite, my type, Chances are she's getting bombarded by emails though.

You know what's funny, the only people who like the runway model type women are, women and gay men.

So all the women out there who feel pressure to be really skinny or think they aren't tall enough because of the media, think for a second about who is actually pushing that image.
