headsashed Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 most of you know my story but i have been having a bad time this past week with dealing with my break up. Plus work has been messing me about so financially ive struggled. Me and my ex have still communicated since the break up but only in small amounts and most the times its ended up in arguments. Now,due to having a bad time and my ex living 2 minutes from my house ive decided i just need some time away so ive decided to go stop at a friends house for a little while,ive got a job interview in the morning which im coming back to attend then depending if i get the job or not im going back to my friends house. Am i just being stupid and running away? my ex also knew i was going away for abit so she contacted me but i ignored it for hours,i did reply and things seemed ok,she suggest we met up once more but thought it wasnt a good idea,i said its upto her but atleast it may clear the air. this was an hour ago when i said upto u,ive had no reply or anything and im leaving in around an hour or 2. so am i being stupid in leaving for a little while just to clear my head even though problems will still be there when i come back. Im just trying to do the right thing by me which i think is my best option.

You shouldn't give a monkey's nutsuck whats going on with your ex, or what she is thinking. You do what u feel is best for you. What she thinks about it is not important.
