There are laws to protect you, however you will have to do the leg work & file charges. Unless your under age there simply aren't the resources or interest for anything but civil action. Have you considered he may be bluffing? I do agree with 'forever learning's' post. I'll bet you won't let anyone else record your intimate moments. I am sorry, that sucks & he is a d-bag.

Yeah, it could be fun in the moment, but it can quickly turn into a nasty spectacle if the two people involved get on bad terms. A quick tip: It's your body. Protect it, you're the only one who can, no matter who you think you can trust. If you plan on taping anymore intimate moments, make sure it's on your terms, your set up, not the man's. As the woman, be completely in control of what's going on, and what won't be going on. I'm not trying to rag on just one gender, but in amateur porn, a lot of it's taped and put on the internet without the women knowing. I've had it happen to a few friends, and it's not pretty. Secondly, it's true he could be bluffing just to get a reaction. And yeah, there's a LOT of porn out there so yours will most likely get "lost in the crowd", but he could still be telling people (or anyone who will listen) that he put up a video of you, and you said you didn't want that stuff online. So I would get the police involved, whether you think it's a good idea or not. Mack's right, ex boyfriend or not, you have GOT to stand up for yourself or he's going to keep walking all over you as much as he can.

I know it's not much, I just wanted to add it.

I would agree to meet him but bring a friend or 2 with you and just take it. The police or web administrators aren't going to do anything about it. This is the perfect situation to go old school on him. What a piece of garbage that you trusted him enough to make a vid with him and he uses it against you!

Sounds like a recipe for Hatfield & McCoy's. What he is threatening is completely wrong, what you are suggesting is completely illegal. Yes, if he goes to the police guess who gets arrested. The one thing you know is, he's pissed & trying to hurt you, don't give him ammo to do it. Going 'law school' trumps 'old school' EVERY SINGLE TIME. I fully understand your anger & frustration & I agree He is a d-bag.
