I will give you a little back ground about my sitation. I dated a girl in high school for 2 years, we loved each other or we thought very much. Well I move away right after high school and we decided to breakup. I moved on and so did she, I now have a little girl that is 3 years old. Her mother and me are not together anymore and I moved back to where I grew up. I have live back here for a year now and just started to see my high school flame again. Well about 2 weeks ago I was camping with my family and my brothers and me were getting kinda drunk. When one of my brothers said that they had sex with this girl in march. I was like what the hell? I wasn't seeing her at this time, but I didn't like it very much. I mean would you like to sit at Easter Dinner with your brother looking over the table at you thinking "I screwed your wife"? Because that is the kinda family I have, they would do that. So do I hold this against this girl and stop seeing her or do I try to forget it and keep seeing her. I do really like her a lot!!!!

You cannot hold this against her.....you were broken up. How would you like it if she held you having a child against you?

You like her...so go for it and DON'T fight about stuff that does not pertain to your current relationship. That would be the fastest way to end it.

good luck

Hold what against this girl?

Do what? Look at you and be thinking at the same time? Anyway, if you believe he would somehow lord this fact over you, even in his thoughts, it says more about your brother than it does about this girl.

I can see that your situation can be somewhat awkward, but you're inventing problems that don't exist.

If you like her go out with her.

Stay with her. No one meant to hurt you. Let what happened in the past stay in the past. Concentrate on now, and take it one day at a time.

Good luck :)

I disagree, this will be an ongoing source of trouble for you forever.

Not only would you have to rise above it, but so would both of them.

Do you really want to be looking over your shoulder all the time at family functions to see if they've slipped away? Or listening to crap everytime there's an argument.

If you have any doubt that all of you wont be able to rise above this, don't go there.

It sounds like a recipe for disaster.
