Long story short here.

We all know Facebook can make break ups more painful.

Here's my situation;

When I was at USMC OCS this summer my girlfriend took a few pictures (NOT nude) just for me, put them in my birthday card and sent them to me. I kept them close to me there and they were very special

We ended up breaking up shortly after I got home. I was going through a lot of stress, crappy work hours, and she wasn't willing to put forth the effort to see me through it.

Anyway, as it happens, she NOW has one of the pictures she took for ME at OCS as her Facebook profile picture.

I texted her about this and let her know it was very inconsiderate on her part to have done that. She just said "sorry" and left it up.

Was I immature to have gotten upset about it?

Yes, you are immature. It's not a picture of you and her as I can understand getting upset if that were the case. She took those pictures of herself. Her property and she is free to do what she wants with it. Her facebook page and her right to put any picture of herself on there. I don't know what you are upset. I'm sure it is sad to see it as it brings back memories but nothing to get upset about and telling her it's inconsiderate.

The issue is: You are broken up. Stop checking her FB. It's not worth the hurt and hassle.
