Does she like me or am I miss reading it

So there is this girl who I am quite close with, but from the time we got close there was a lot of chemistry between us(ie flirting, and teasing each other). SO few months ago when I was drunk she kept asking me what I thought about her, and I told her nothing. The next day she called my friend and asked him if liked her, and tried to almost prove to him for an hour that I like her, and he said "If he liked you he would have told me". The next when were out for dinner, and she said "That It would not be a good idea for us to get involved since we work together" all by her self. I agreed and after that we went back to our usual flirting. When the 2 of us get drunk we act very flirty and people usually tend to think we hooked up later that night ( that's how much we flirt), and even when we are sober we tend to give of a very couply vibe.But on the other hand she seems like she is obssesed with this other guy who turned her down.

 

So 2 weeks ago when were having dinner she said "U know, we hang out so much that people will think we are dating". I asked her, if that bothered her and she said "no". The next day she went on a rant saying how a guy and girl can't just be friends, and it will always lead to more, than every now and than she say's but again we work so that is not the case with us, and than resumes her rant.

 

So the next day I was about to tell her I liked her, and when I was leading up to it, she stops me and calls me a creep, and than asks me if I liked her and I deny it ,and say I like a diff girl. So the next week we were out again and she starts telling me "the thing about friends is they are either past lovers or future lover". Right than my friend walks in and I started talking to her, and my friend claims this girl was standoffish to her till, I mentioned about her engagement, and my friend say's her face lit up right after that, and was nice to her after that

 

So the next day this girl was checking me out so I flirted with her and she almost acted like a jealous girlfriend and accused me of flirting with every attractive girl, my friend who was with us felt confused, that if me and were were just friends or not.

 

She also started telling me stuff like " It's like you have put a spell on me or something, I tell you stuff which I never talk about, and because I started trusting you that stuff I'm able trust other people and tell them privet stuff as well"

 

To add to all that we also talk about our very privet sexual matters, like if I have gone down on a girl or not. She also asked in a semi-joking way "how big I was".She also told me a couple of times that she thinks I am attractive (and this one time almost said it, with a primal sexual look on her face). Than she will also tell me she is only attracted causian guys, who have blonde hair and blue eyes (I'am of east indian descent). But I have seen her ex-bf and he is spanish.

 

So in conclusion I don't know wtf isgoing on.Can anyone tell me what is up with this and am I miss reading signals or is she telling me something
