confusedandupset Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 So, the break up with the ex has been hard, and he's been doing all he can to avoid me and even my friends, which has helped me focus my attention on my self, but the funniest thing happened last night. I was driving to go to a country club with some friends, and I see a truck next to mine. I kind of giggled at the fact that it might be his (although it was late and it was on a road he would be unlikely to take). Well the truck pulls behind me and I notice a few things, glasses, and the same mannerisms I'd become accustomed to while driving in his truck with him. So I tell my best friend, "I think __ is behind us", she turns and sure enough it's him. I couldn't stop laughing. Talk about ironic? The one person that he's avoiding is stuck right in front of him at a red light. I did the cordial thing and tried to get to my destination in peace, and he did all he could to drive waaayyyyyy below the speed limit. Which was cute, shows he hasn't moved past the third grade. I know it's not mature of me, and maybe it's pointless to be posting this, but it just made me smile.

He made himself look really stupid and foolish.
