At first it was just him saying "How's life?" and telling me how happy he is, and he's engaged to a girl he's known for a month (we dated for practically 2 years..). Then, it changed the other day. He told me that he's actually miserable, and he doesn't know what to do with his life. He had just gotten in a fight with his "true love" (my words, not his). He said, "I can never find the right relationship. Not girl: relationship". I said, "A good relationship is where you love someone no matter what their flaws are and they love you just the same". He said, "I wish I never messed up what we had." "Don't." "Why?" "Because that's the past, and we can't go back". "But I think we should talk about it..." Me: "I don't know.." He "accidentally" brought up a memory of us, the first time we had sex. he didn't specifically SAY "oh when we had sex", but mentioned the day, then said "sorry, that was sexual." Me: ?????????????? I just told him goodbye. He called me, even though he's already ran up his minutes, just to tell me goodnight. What the hell?!?! Then he said, Text me tomorrow? I said sure... Yesterday he told me that he has a panda hoodie (I love pandas), and I said, It's your girlfriend's isn't it? "Maybe.." "Yeah she told me about it before she hated me". That's when I told him, "You're confusing the hell out of me. I don't know what you're doing, and I don't think you do either. Figure it out okay? You don't know how you made me feel when you sent back all my letters, and when I heard from your gf that you gave her a present I gave YOU. If you cared about me at all, you would've said goodbye at least, or prevent your mom from tearing us apart. But you didn't. It's not fair to me or your girlfriend what you're doing." "I know..." I haven't spoken to him since. What is he doing? What do I do? He invited me to hang out tonight, and to see a movie with him and a couple of his friends, but I didn't know what to say. :/
