If you say right off the bat you don't like her for more than a fling then you have no chance of having her prove otherwise especially if she isn't interested in a fling.

Tell her this ^^^^^ this is about as straight up as it gets. She may not want anything to do with that, and that's ok too, at least you gave her the information she needs to make an educated decision based on the facts. I remember telling possible deep relationships that I was unable to have kids. I had a hysterectomy at 27. This man had never had kids so he had a right to know in the event that he wanted kids before becoming really emotionally involved. It turned out that it didn't matter to him because I was the one he wanted. Another example...me and my friends from work used to go party a lot together. One of them was my supervisor. We flirted with one another here and there. One night he asked me if i wanted to have sex with him, nothing more or less. His reasons were that I was passionate in everything I did soooo. I told him no, although I can't tell you how much I respect that man to this day. Being straight up is the best way to go:)
