LostLover92 Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 From as long as I could remember, my girlfriend was always excited and enthusiastic when I talk about being together forever and her being my soulmate and all that lovey dovey stuff and she would say the same things back and we'd talk about how it would make us so happy, I said it to her to her tonight but her response was "really" and " that's a long time!!" I asked WHat her deal was since she never responds like that and she says " I just don't want to say the same things over and over". I'm not sure what this means but it makes me never want to say those things again and maybe not talk or hang out with her as much based on her response, we did some more talking and she said "I want the freedom to say things and not have you get you get upset". OUCH! What do I do from here?
thatone Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 freedom to say what? you should've told her to say whatever she wanted to say.

Eddie Edirol Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 That means that she is starting to lose interest in you. Youre response is right, dont say those things to her until she does first, and dont hang out with her as much anymore. If she is losing interest in you, then you will start to see her less. Be prepared for that.
coolheadal Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Sounds like she already loosing interest and met someone else she does like. RED FLAG. Back off from her and don't call her so much.
