We have great chemistry and great talks and he insisted on us being an exclusive couple from very early on - he claims to love me and frankly, by the end of the summer I had fallen in love with him. When we are home, we are about an hour apart. So what could the possible issue be, you ask? He has this habit, and he does it with EVERYONE, so I know it's not just me, where he just doesn't show up when he says he will. Or is late. And when he doesn't show up, he'll get radio silent because he knows he's doing it and it creates anxiety so he kind of shuts down. He will deal with the repercussions of you being pissed off and when he is there, he is generous, loving, kind. All of his friends have confirmed that he is loyal, would not cheat on me, but he is a major flake. He has told his friends (our roommates) he loves me and that he is really serious. He claims he wants a future, can see himself marrying and having kids with me, etc. So, he did it today and it really bothers me. I sent him a text with a "?" just to prompt him with a hey it's noted that you ****ed up, but not to be a complete bitch. What do you recommend in this situation? There is so much that is good about him but now we don't have the beach - what do I do about this bad thing?
