Week Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Well im kind of in a sittuation, it all began about two years ago i meet this girl and i really liked her and i normaly don't get nerves when talkin to girls but there was something diffrent about this one. So one day i got her number and we started to text each other everynight and we became very close and as time passed i started to believe that she was going to become the one. And one night after hanging out she gave me a kiss on the cheek from there i believed that she was in love with me. And a few weeks had passed and her birthday came so i desided to get her a gift i got her a watch. And come to find out she ended up giving the watch to her boyfriend which i did not know she had. But in the beging when i started talking to her she was single and i just wanted to know where did i go wrong??
Pasttense Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 There are all kinds of reasons things don't work out. A lot of girls (or guys) give a kiss on the cheek quite casually. It sounds like she considered you a friend, while you considered her a lot more. Unless you want to post all kinds of specific details about your relationship, no one here can advise you what went wrong.
coolheadal Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Single yes, but did you ask her if she had a full-time boyfriend who she's in love with. Your her buddy now. I think she should have kept the watch and why would she give a girl watch to a guy? This type of girl way not much you can do about it. Just have to chalk it up as a learning experience.
