Countryboy94 Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Im 17 years old (male) and i really like this girl who is 22 and i cant stop thinking about her every single minute of everyday. I wanna ask her out but scared of getting rejected and not shure if she like me. Anytime we talk in person she will always keep eye contact with me till that conversation is over as i do too. She doesnt really try to touch me alot and she is always twirling her hair around me, last night we went to an amusement park with my parents i ask her to join but i didnt really consider it a date and im not sure if she did also, but we went on alot of rides and she sat next to me on all but 2 of the rides and at the end of the night i sat down on a bench and she sat next to me and she kept playing with her hair and flipping it on me every so often and our arms would touch and she wouldnt pull away for awhile. And i just cant stop thinking about her and id really like to ask her out, do you guys thinks she likes me or just as a friend?? I asked her to go back there with only me next time and she said it would have to be a couple week before she could come up with the money and i told her to to worry about that ill take care of both of our tickets and she said "no lol." so i replyed "yes lol." and she said we can wait a couple weeks so what do you think that means? Give me any tips you may have and does she like me or not..explain. THANKS!
coolheadal Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Your lucky she really into you as the hair thing she does means that. 5 years difference age, but as you get older that won't mean much. How long for you to turn 18 then she'll be 23 at this rate. Take it slow with her..

However, don't be that guy trying to treat her like a princess and pay for everything. If she said no, leave it at that. Nothing turns a woman off quicker than a man who tries too hard too quickly.

And im not trying to pay for everything but i just feel bad after she pays for something so id just rather do it. And im going to take it slow if i can work up the courage to ask her out..its not like im trying to get in her pants or something, im just happy to be with her. Keep the replys coming!

Don't pay at all, she's said yes so just leave it at that. She may be saying 'when I've got the money I'll go' because she might not want to go, by saying you'll pay you're pushing her further away. I'd just leave it with her now.

Yeah maybe, here is the texts we sent back and forth and tell me what you think....after the night ended i texted her thanks for coming with me i had a blast, she said yeah thanks for asking! It was fun! then i said yeah anytime we should go out there sometime soon for the Halloween stuff since i never done it, she said Yeah well have to keep an eye out for discounted tickets then i said yeah they are really expensive....Then the next day i told her i found some cheaper tickets if you wanna go..she said oh ok yeah that sounds good but it will be a couple weeks till i can pay for it..then you know the rest of that story from above.

She's also adding on to what you're saying, making conversation. When you said you two should go out sometime soon, she could've just replied with 'OK, cool' but she replied with 'we'll have to keep an eye out for discounted tickets', in my opinion because she's added on to just saying either yes or no, that shows interest. I think. That's what I'd think anyway. Does she initiate texting with you?

Yes she has a job and no offense to anyone but she isnt a trashy girl where the father walked out..but things didnt go well between them and he is on tour for air force but i would defiantly not have to pay for anything for the child or anything like that. But i treat the child like she is my own i do everything change feed bath everything because i want to and it might impress her a little lol, but thanks for the list of what to look for.
