Hard Work or Brown Nosing (which gets rewarded)

I would like take a survey. Do you think its hard work or brown nosing??

Both and then some. Sometimes things are hopless no matter what because opportunities are all favors behind the scenes between the powerful. It's "knowing someone" really and if you don't, hard work and some brown-nosing might get you to there.

Brown nosing, who you know, and for women - who you do.

 

I have watched far less intelligent and hard working people get further ahead because of their work relationships. And I have seen several women get ahead because they chose to sleep with the right superior. It's a bitter pill to swallow, but I can't imagine how I'd feel about myself if I had chosen a different route.
