Special Ed Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 ok well I’ve liked this girl(27 years old) for almost a year now and we have been dating for about 2 months. Recently we started sleeping together, which I guess I assumed that we were excusive but last weekend I found out that she went out with another guy and spent the night at his place at the same time i found out that she had been dating about 3 months before we started. She did honestly tell me that there was someone else and she just wasn’t ready to be excusive. I guess I let my insecurity get the best of me and I kind of closed the door on the relationship by asking her to choose, which her response was “she just wasn’t ready to be excusive but she really cared about me”. I just don’t know where to go from here? I was thinking about send some sort of letter saying “Hey I’m just writing this to apologize for what was said. I understand what I asked of you puts a lot of pressure on our relationship and that I was wrong of me to ask you to choose but I want to give you the space needed and I understand your desires to see were the other relationship is going. I hope at some point maybe we can go back to being friends and seeing where the future takes us.” Any advice would be greatly appreciated
