TheVSilent Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 My struggles are well documented here, no word from my ex since May, and she was angry with me when we broke up. I tried reaching out once before but she blocked me, but it has been 4 months. I have been getting out, doing things, going to counseling, but I still live with a burden in my heart and want to write her a letter just to tell her how sorry I am....is this a good idea?
LelouchIsZero Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Write down the positives & negatives of doing so.
Rorschach64 Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I've done this recently but didn't apologize for anything, didn't do crap wrong anyway, but told my ex thanks for the good times, don't regret giving her my heart but I do regret things had to end and she should have been honest and I don't hate her. It felt great yet very sad writing the letter but it has helped me with moving on. I don't know your story but yeah it is a good idea if you are not expecting a response or anything like that.
