How are you gonna walk around with your boyfriend and blatantly check other dudes out? How is he gonna have his arm around you and you're gonna wink at other guys?

Hate to tell ya but this kind of tacky behavior is not exclusive to women, plenty of men do it too.

true

people just suck

This actually happened to me not an hour ago while on the train. Dude holding his girl's hand, smiling at me, and blowing kisses. Other than making me smirk internally, so what?

Posted

This is not indicative of a gender. Plenty of man whores as well.

I've just had a humbling experience that rreminds me of the perils of trust too freely offered. It wasn't about checking out other guys--just a familiar thing of beliving appearances of interest and affections and finding out the hard way that I'm a bit of a new toy that does more than it is supposed to and not enough of what was expected. I hate not trusting but who gets happy assuming everyone is a danger?

Yea that's basically how I feel about relationships. There's always a risk involved, so might as well take the risk and really try to work it out.

I don't understand people who get naked in front of people they don't trust

I love it when they give me their number & dirty txt me but flake on me when we are supposed to meet. Ya know, because their BF wouldn't let them. LOL!

I've had it happen that I was standing behind a guy in the hall of a theater. He was facing away from me and a girl in front of him was looking at me. When I noticed she was looking at me, she slowly grabbed the guy behind his head and started to slowly and passionately French kiss with him while she kept eye contact with me throughout the entire kiss, which was a very long one. Turned out the guy was her boyfriend, but he had no idea what she was doing, i.e. that she was looking with a horny look on her face at me, while she was kissing him. She didn't seem interested in him at all on an emotional level, as if he was some kind of object or prop that she used to seduce another guy.

Kind of sucks if you think about it. The guy had a girlfriend, an attractive one at that, but she didn't seem to give a flying f*ck. Would seem to make life kind of pointless if all girls were like that.

Perhaps we should start calling out girls like that. Telling their boyfriends on the spot. Or slipping him a not about what his girlfriend is doing, so he can witness it himself. That'd be kind of funny, who does that right? She wouldn't expect a guy to do that. Let's start some sh*t and get those sluts into trouble. :D

I think it's fair to say this is becoming a sad world we live in for men and women.

I hear that. relationships are all about me me me, instead of us.

Too many people carrying entitlement complexes. I blame bad parenting and media influences. Mostly bad parenting though.

LoL... going to reiterate that it is not a gender thing.

Men have been doing that all of my life --- whether I'm the one they're triple taking/winking and staring at (sometimes they're facing their girlfriend/wife and holding them and the girls can't see the men's faces as they smile at me and check me out [ too busy buried in their shoulders and probably feeling "happy" ] --- up and down and then wink. Just last week this guy winked and licked his lips at me while embracing a female......... while I was behind them in line at a grocery store )

OR whether I'm the "girl" they're with. I've been with men who've blatantly tilted their heads and *stared* if girls in skirts bent over nearby us and then left suddenly to go "follow" them around. LoL... ONE of my boyfriend's in the past went so far as to get a number from a girl that caught his eye. We argued about it, his reasoning was that any man would have done the same thing he did (because this girl was perfect model material and was barely wearing anything) and then he dumped me and sure enough, they were going out soon after :lmao:... and sure enough, he dumped her and found someone else, not even a month later. We had only been together for 5 months, but it still crushed my ego pretty badly (was a learning experience nonetheless).

People can behavior in astounding ways!

Unreal. What is wrong with people? I can't imagine doing what she did.

p.s. Even if you told the person being wronged what was going on, they'd end up staying with lousy partner whether they believed you or not. And hey, maybe they are just exhibitionists

I would rat those women out to their men on the spot. No doubt you will get a ton of people in here defending this and talking about double standards while accusing you of trying to control women's sexuality.

One time, I was having dinner with my best friend, my best friend's brother, the brother's girlfriend, and another girl.

The girlfriend sat next to me at the table. As soon as the brother went outside for a minute, the girlfriend started acting all tipsy and leaned on me for a good 20 minutes.

I didn't know what to say or do...

those 2 are getting married soon btw

Indeed it is a summation of a few things. This generation really is all about me, and will go on record as being the most entitled so far as well.

When we're often faced with questions like "Why do I have to compromise", "What about my needs?", "I deserve such, and such.."

What about 'we'?

I hope things eventually turn around for the better as the gender divide grows. I think it would prove to be healthy to everyone overall. But it's best to hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

The reality check will come to these folks soon enough. I have met quite a few women that are convinced they will find the right guy at the right time in their life and they will have the perfect kind of relationship because she will have her career going and time set aside to be with him.

Not saying that's impossible, but that it usually only happens to the lucky. Holding out like that just isn't wise.

Wow, she must be a handful. She could have just been trying to mess with you in the negative regard. Danger Will Robinson.

I don't know if it's wise to truly "confront" them.

I've grown accustomed to glaring and letting men know that I find their behavior repulsive but... MANY times the girls they are with SEE them being lewd and they do nothing (at least in the moment I am around them).

Who knows how someone may take it? Some may even think you WANT their gf and are "making ****" up... are they really going to believe a stranger? Do you think these "girls" are going to admit it IF they are already trying to "hide" this behavior from their men?

Chances are they are probably equating their self-worth with attention from strangers. Perhaps they're spiting their boyfriends for acting in some similar way with other girls. Perhaps they don't have the necessary tools to figure out that their self-esteem should not be dependent upon other men. Perhaps they're just getting aroused by how "wrong" it is and don't deserve the relationship at all.

But regardless of the gender ... the behavior is disrespectful and it likely does not come from a healthy place.

Still, I don't know if it's "wise" to attempt to "rat" these women out. To strangers and perhaps even more than. How would one go about it anyway?

"Dude, you know your girl was just staring at me while making out with you? Yea... sick ****, she's a total slut"

Posted

I guess you are right. I am surprised all the women in this thread so far have condemned this behavior.

I don't know if it's wise either, however I think I can be creative if I need to.

One could say the following in an annoyed yet calm way, but loud enough for her boyfriend to hear it: "Hey don't hit on me while your boyfriend is looking the other way. Have a little respect."

And then walk away, never to be seen again. You just know her boyfriend is going to bring that sh*t up and come down hard on her. That sh*t will sit in the guy's head like a f*cking needle in his brain. He will be pissed at her. From that point on he will start to watch her like a hawk.

Not sure if I should do that though, because on one side such girls piss me off and I feel bad for their boyfriends, but on the other side I'm not sure I have the justification to risk their relationship. Kind of a tough one.

I'm gonna start doing it

I'll repeat what so many have said... Plenty of men (people) do this and have been doing this forever. I know several guys who will "play" a chic due to info they got from their boys, etc.

Not sure why it's such a big deal though just because a woman does it.if your buddies were doing it, men...you wouldn't have created this thread@OP. Iz it because men think that women should be victims? I'm not defending either gender for such behavior because it's simply ignorant. Unless you dont have any other options, just leave the person you're with if you've lost that much respect for them and yourself, sure to the relationship.

Sad thing is, cheating has happened to so many women that they've been jaded.

MEN: realize something... "When you continue to abuse a woman's trust, you negatively affect a generation".

How are women supposed to trust men when the majority of men are seen left and right, not having control of their sexual urges. The saying that those who have been hurt repeatedly do the same to others, is true. So even when you met a seemingly nice, mild mannered woman, if she has been scorned she may never trust again and may always keep a "maintenance"man on the side... or perhaps something more serious than a maintenance man. Men, you have to start realizing your role in

this epidemic. Once a woman becomes a mother, she inadvertently passes many of habits and beliefs to her daughter. That daughter grows up without a father or with a cheating father and sees her mothers pain. Many girls grow up vowing to never allow themselves to be hurt as they witness their mothers, grandmothers, girlfriends being. Many of these girls may have successful relationships, but the majority of them may never marry, may hurt men repeatedly& unknowingly, may even become prostitutes. People do strange things to try to avoid pain that seems eminent...

Why would you expect to finally settle down with an angel, when you've been a snake all your life?

You're not shining light on why "men" may behave the way they do. Nearly the same thing can be said for them... are they somehow more magically protected from their childhood than women are?

Surely many men have grown up under bad circumstances. Surely many have felt "pressured" and perhaps even "less" valuable than "women" in their lives and have "reasons" to behave poorly too.

Perhaps we can never fully fathom one another, but we all bleed and hurt just the same.

Ultimately... both men and women have responsibilities unto themselves... and both can be jaded by HUMANITY. Both can be overcome by their weaknesses and both can also prevail over them. People do tend to treat others how they've been treated... or at least express the essence of something in a way that they deem equal to it. All too often people become what they despise, without even being aware it's occurring...

Regardless...

Both men and women are simultaneously snakes and angels... at varying times, at varying degrees. Every person has their own story, their own culmination of experiences and memories (and neither are 100% understood/remembered accurately by the individual, never mind by others).

In the end we have to be the best person "we" can be, whether we are a man or a woman. Each gender may face more typical challenges than the other does, but there are always exceptions and ways to draw similarities. It doesn't help to "blame" others for our flaws... how will we ever have the power to change them when we keep giving that power away so carelessly to others?

You're absolutely right and I agree with much of what you've said. I clearly said that the behavior is ignorant and there is no excuse for disrespecting the person you're with and disrespecting yourself in such a manner.

However, if you think I'm defending "women" in general, well you're exactly right and I make no apologies about it.I'm defending women in the context of making men aware of their own behavior, especially in regards to the title of this thread. The OP and several people act very shocked when a woman appears to act less than loyal to her man. My thing is, whether man or woman, I dont agree with cheating or disrespect. But as a female, I have seen, heard and read about the demise of so many women due to infidelity.

This behavior of the said female in this thread sounds so silly to the point where of you continue to deal with someone like this, you're setting yourself up for drama. it almost seems like a joke. There are even more deplorable things being done behind the backs of many women.

Whether we want to accept it or not, wanton gratification is an epidemic that affects so many relationships. Unfortunately, a monster has been created and people are not holding "men" accountable because many of us dont see how betrayal of trust or infidelity if married, has such a huge impact on our society as a whole. It's brushed under the rug or seen as just something men "do". Will this ever stop? In politics, sports, entertainment, in the church, etc. Men AND women?
