ThsAmericanLife Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 I think of a man, and then take away reason and accountability. Don't mislead people into thinking you invented that line. HINT: It was said by a character famous for committing particularly gruesome acts of murder. and while you are at it.. also post when the originator said it. It certainly wasn't in THIS century. tsk, tsk... the friends you keep dasein. You really ought to hang with a different crowd.
dasein Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 I want your last post preserved in its diamondlike perfection. No further comment necessary.

Chaucer Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Fortunately, people who have a massive load of hateful bitterness towards the opposite sex are free to never consort with members of that group, outside of the workplace and at banks, grocery stores, etc. Thank goodness for freedom of choice. And for those of us who enjoy the gender that we are not ... let's have a good time together, as friends, lovers, spouses, co-workers, whatever.
ThsAmericanLife Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 here here Mme Chaucer!! (raising the glass for a toast!)

He was playing a deranged man with an anti-social obsessive compulsive disorder when he said the line you quoted. Still not anyone I'd care to emulate.

I was willing to let it drop without poking fun at you, and in honor of today am still willing to let it drop. Can't you tell when someone is doing you a small favor?
