czen Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 I've had a relationship for about a month now and things were all looking good, but now she says she's beginning to have doubts. It's a LDR, she lives about two hours away from me, but we always have to travel with the train to see each other. We met each other over the internet, which was a month before we first met and we already decided to start a relation the first time we saw each other, which I found rather quick, but I really liked her and it was her idea, so I was fine with it. We're seeing each other each weekend, but monday she told me while chatting that she's having doubts because she isn't really in love with me and she doesn't know if that feeling will ever come. She never had a relationship before and she has never been in love before either, so she's really confused about everything. I was really surprised because when we saw each other for the last time, everything was going great. We really opened up to each other about a lot of things and we were also beginning to explore the whole sexual side of everything. But now my question is, how do I deal with this? I'm trying to be as understanding as possible, but I believe that it's normal that you're not immediately in love with someone, I can't fall in love with someone who I haven't known for an extended period of time... but she's really scared that we're wasting our time because she isn't in love. I really don't know how to respond to everything she's saying, does anybody have any advice?...
