Received STBXH'S Financial Disclosure today. Made for very interesting reading.

Apparently he is solely responsible for all the household bills, rent, car etc AND also is paying for all his partner's child's needs- ballet lessons, school uniform etc- he is even intending to pay for her 20 yr old son to have driving lessons and buy him a car!

Strangely there is no mention of his new partner's financial contributions to the household budget as requested on the form (she also works) or the money she surely receives in working tax credit, maintenance from her child's father etc for her daughter.

WTF is he playing at?!!

To add insult, he has had an attachment of earnings put in place

by the CSA on his wages as he refused to pay for our daughter.

He also claims he will need £3,000 to help her children go to UNI,later on.

Our youngest sons have both qualified with degrees in the last couple of years and he didn't give them any support at all-financial or otherwise.

What is wrong with this guy?

I get that he wants rid of me (the feeling is mutual!) but why treat your kids like this?

I think he's lost the plot!

Looks like court case will have to go ahead.(sigh).

Oh I forgot to add that he sent £5 spending money to youngest daughter for the 6 weeks holiday.(2nd class stamp.)

Apparently he's suffering from stress.............

He's not lost the plot, he's trying to make sure that he doesn't have to pay much for his own kids. If this isn't proof of what a **** he is, I don't know what is

It does look like it'll have be settled via Court. Shame, but I would imagine the Judge will find it annoying that he has disclosed payment for an adults driving lessons. Your STXH is one stupid guy.

Wish you luck worlybear.

Looking forward to getting mine from my STBXW and scumbag, funny to see where all the new clothes she is getting comes from when she is always asking for money for kids... I guess she has different priorities...

As they are living together she should be giving her earnings as well. I think if you dig a little deeper you may fine some fraud going on...

Its a shame as it could be dealt with quickly and easily. I guess I am going to have to go through the same with my STBXW. Funny thing is with her, I remember having a conversation back when it all started then she will have to disclose her earnings as part of the divorce, she then sent me a really ****ty solicitors letter that I "demanded to see her finances". I don't know if she is just really screwed up or the solicitor she has is total crap...
