A7x22 Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Ok so here is my brief history with this guy .. I met him about 3 weeks ago when I was out of town, about 1 1/2 hrs away, at a bar. We just started talking, really hit it off, he asked for my number, I gave it to him. The next day he started texting me ... since then we've been on jsut a texting basis.. which is fine, i hardly ever speak on the phone, unless its with say my mother... anyway we were texting for about 2-3 hours .. he was very flirty, clearly expressing interest, for example - talking about the night we met - saying he met this good looking girl, etc etc saturday night we were both out and about with our friends at the bars.. we were texting a little bit, both saying we were looking forward to hanging out this upcoming weekend. anyway stopped texting, as we were both out, whatever. sunday night rolls around, haven't heard from him so at about 8pm i say .. how was your night? no reply... 2 hours later i say - something wrong? no reply..monday im like ok idk whats going on but can u at least let me know ur okay? im a little worried. nothing. i try calling a little later - rings, no answer. so i said, i really dont understand why you are ignoring me, but it is hurting my feelings. no reply, today is tuesday. what changed? he went from chasing ME and being into me, to completely ignoring me. i did not think him that type of guy AT ALL. He really seemed like a decent, nice guy. I've had guys blow me off before, and if they aren't interested they don't text you for hours.... im just so hurt by this bc i really saw something there and this just caught me out of the blue. i dont get it. we had plans to meet up on friday, i was really looking forward to it. Thoughts?
sugarmomma Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 He's an ass and just showing you is true character- believe it. How do people have relationships via text and don't like talking and getting to know the person over the phone? You won't ever have a real relationship like that.
Author A7x22 Posted September 6, 2011 Author Posted September 6, 2011 you're right, on the other hand - there was a guy i dated before him who talked on the phone all the time and only wanted a piece of ass turns out. can never trust any of them i guess.... i didn't mind the texting honestly bc it's just more convenient, and thats how i talk to mostly everyone, including friends. it was just long distance though, so hard to hang out.
