My ex called me at 3 AM the other day... I did not pick up. No message, just a call. He was definitely out partying.

 

I am not getting hung up about it but it did make me wonder. So everyone... what does a drunk dial mean? Does it mean they miss you? Or does it mean nothing?

No idea. Maybe they miss you. Maybe they are a mean drunk and want to rub your face in all the fun they are having. Maybe it was an accident.

You don't need to look for a meaning because a call at 3 a.m. rarely leads to anything positive. People who have something important to say tend to do so when they are a) sober and b) during regular waking hours.

It means nothing more than you should ignore it and continue about your life.

Been there. It is usually the booze talking. Guys often feel more emotion and communicate better when under the influence. Their inhabitions have gone. They are still drunk though and very often it does not make sense.

 

Hence, why alot of men end up in other womens beds. Had that pain too.

My recent ex contacted me at 5 AM the other morning and I was super lonely and awake and like an idiot I picked up. He was drunk and stoned and begging me to bring him taco bell since he couldn't drive. Yeah, right.
