Her and I have talked before at work, but only about work related stuff. She works in another building and the chances of us running into each other are usually pretty slim. In fact I don't think I have even seen her since last April. Up until now I was under the impression that she had a BF, because someone else had said she did. Now that I saw her on the dating site and know she is single, should I strike up a conversion with her in person and try to start something or send her a message on the dating site? I was thinking that since I know who she is that using the dating site might seem like I am chickening out. But then Im drawing a blank on how I would even start up a conversion when she is in another building and I would have to find an excuse to go over there. Any thoughts?

Dont contact her via the dating site. It might make her a little insecure that someone from work saw her on there. Just go to her building as if it were yours and when you see her say "I didn't know you worked im my building" See how confused she looks and then hopefully enjoy a laugh together
