Hey I am trying to begin a workout program. I am interested in burning the fat off my stomach.

 

I jog but what else can help?

I've been doing physical fitness for a few years now and have lost 35 pounds. What I learned (keep in mind everyone's metabolisms are different) is that you can't spot reduce fat. Fat is lost uniformly through-out the body so I would encourage you to start with 20 minutes of continuous exercise every day and cut back on atleast 500 calories a day and you'll be able to lose 1-2 pounds a week. There are many websites for weightloss so I would google it and you'll find tons of info. Good Luck.

If you like dancing try a cardio-dance class. It's fun. And really tones up.

 

I'm a gym member and from the first day of joining till now (a year later) still love hiding there whenever I have free time on my hands.

Have fun, yeah it's painful at first and i got myself walking like a duck coz i was targetting my bum but you'll get used to it.

I play disc golf. All you need is a putter disc and like any multi-purpose mid range, or long driver disc. go to" gotta go gotta throw ".com they'll have avery thing you need.

I lost ten pounds in two weeks, playin all day or as much as I could.

It's all walkin... up hill down hill, it's great exersize and fun.

this is for anyone who cares about their bodies

 

DONT GO ON ATKINS AND DONT STARVE YOURSELF!

 

these are bad for you. here are some ideas that can work for you that have worked for me:

 

1 Eat more but less meals throughout the day, stop eating by 6

Fuel throughout the day revs your metabolism

 

2 Eat everything in moderation

Follow servings

 

3 walk 10,000 steps/day aside from your normal exercise routine

In two and a half months you can lose at least 2 percent body fat

 

4 DO muscle work with weight resistance EVEN if you are a girl

Your muscles are critical for helping you burn fat even if you are not looking to be another Arnold

 

5 (VeryImportant!) DONT overdo it

it will give you horrific results, you may lose weight but it will be your muscle, and when you lose what you want you will eat more again and will gain it back or possible more

 

6 Never give up,

anyone with hope can do it
