Dblock10 Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 ok i want to work out more and start getting back into weights like what i did before i met my ex. i am 5 foot 11 and weigh about 65kg which is light. i want to bulk up and look bigger. basically i get angry when i hear my ex saying she thinks i have a good body but should eat more pies. so she doesnt have to be the fat one all the time. so yeah, anyone able to help write me a meal plan or list foods that i need to buy etc. im thinking eat a steak everyday for breakfast, fruit, eggs, fish, pasta?, protein weight gainer after a work out. or natural food pre and post work out then shake before bed
