ok i want to work out more and start getting back into weights like what i did before i met my ex.

 

i am 5 foot 11 and weigh about 65kg which is light. i want to bulk up and look bigger.

 

basically i get angry when i hear my ex saying she thinks i have a good body but should eat more pies. so she doesnt have to be the fat one all the time.

 

so yeah, anyone able to help write me a meal plan or list foods that i need to buy etc.

 

im thinking eat a steak everyday for breakfast, fruit, eggs, fish, pasta?, protein weight gainer after a work out. or natural food pre and post work out

then shake before bed

I'll be a douche and not recommend what you want,

but you might want to go take a look over in the Self improvement or physical fitness thread (and leave the comfort of the relationship board? BLASPHEMY!)

haha yeah sorry, should have posted it there, was thinking i could stay here with you guys :) and learn how others may have done other things to self improve to help get over a relationship.

 

i have normally taken the training route..

i'd start being more concerned with what you thought about yourself and forget what she thinks?

 

eat a pie, lol. how about get on a treadmill? just saying.

 

btw, im 5'1 105 lbs! & whenever my kids dad sees me- he tells me to please eat! haha
