I used to be athletic now i can't do much. So how do i become happy.

 

I'm just seeing myself get fatter and i do exercise but it's not enough, i can't get a sweat anymore cause i only do slow exercises . i only do 20 minutes a day.. and many times i feel worthless so I skip the exercise.

well(20 minutes of concentrated light workout ASIDE from the slow walking that i do when i go downtown to search for jobs).

 

I'm a happy person in general but I have to live in a limited way.

what happened to you to make you unable to exercise vigorously anymore?

Point in being: exercise!

 

It'll make you feel happier, and release endorphins that you need.
