So why would i leak? Does this happen to many guys? Or are my valves weak. Actually it may be because sometimes just by going to the restroom to do number 2, i also sometimes leak sperm. Anyways, just something interesting i noted. When was the last time you had sex or masturbation. Maybe your sperm tank is overflowing. Leakage of semen is sometimes seen during foreplay. That usually only comes out when you're highly stimulated, i.e. during foreplay or midway through sex--having that come out while dropping a deuce is blowing my mind. Anyways, just something interesting i noted. I'm not a doctor, but my guess is that its the similar to a Pavlovian response. When Pavlov fed his dogs, he'd ring a bell. After time had gone by, he could ring the bell and the dogs would salivate, even though they weren't really hungry and they were not offered food. Its similar to your reaction. Even though you weren't horny or consciously thinking about sex, the fact that you were with a woman, coupled with the fact that you'd never had intercourse before probably made you react on a subconscious level. Me too. However, it appears that the OP was limp. Maybe he is having this: Nocturnal emissions are most common during adolescence and early young adult years. However, nocturnal emissions may happen any time during or after puberty.
