That weight sounds quite tiny, but I cannot really answer that unless you provide me with a height for your age range. I am five foot five inches, and if I weighed 106-108 I could hide behind a twig and not be seen Not liking to work out that much is something you can change If you want to get rid of any excess flab you need to burn it off with cardio. I recommend taking long, brisk walks. I go walking every other day for about an hour each time. You might also want to try some jogging. There is nothing "fast and easy" to get any real results that are going to last. Keep active and try to eat healthy. A low-carb diet is a diet in which you cut out a lot of carbohydrates from your daily intake, and you replace them with fats and proteins. On this type of diet, you are looking to get about 60–70% of your daily calories from fat. A low-carb diet usually means that you can eat a wider variety of foods, and eat until you are full. The best diets are the ones that you keep for life. If you want to change your diet, make sure it's healthy by talking to a doctor or nutritionist if you can, and don't just do it to try to shed pounds. Instead, do it to improve your health and to ensure that you eat right the rest of your life. If it's just some extra flab you need to get rid of, get active and you will see it melt away over time. I'm still working this last inch off of my stomach and it has been taking me just over a month. Don't look for quick fixes, be dedicated, stay active and you'll be fine
