lyeex Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Ive been seeing a guy casually for over a year. Everytime i try to move on he sneeks his way back in. I ended it with him a month ago because i was tired of him seeing other people and not committing to me. And of course a month later, he came back saying how he likes spending time with me. I fell for it because im hopelessly in love with him. We ended up seeing eachother after texting eachother for 7 hours straight catching up. I spent the night with him. We are intimate with eachother and always have been. Then the next night he invited me over again. We stayed up all night just talking. Then i went with him to run some errands. We stopped at a coffee shop and he put his arm around me as we walked up to the door. He paid for my coffee (sadly the first thing hes ever bought me) and we sat outside and talked some more. By then it was 7 in the morning. We went back to his place and had sex. Afterwards he held me tight like he always does. I rubbed his head and he rubbed me until we fell asleep. I really thought things were changing. He even told me that night that his friend wanted to meet me because hes been telling him about me. I should mention that i dont think hes over his ex from about 5 months ago. They only dated for 2-3 months so i dont really get it, but he brought her up 3 times that night in a negative way while we were shopping, saying how he left those things he was repurchasing with her and regrets it. After all that, hes being distant again. Its like everytime we get closer, he pulls away. I feel like a dead end with him, but i keep trying, hoping he'll trust me one day. Im stuck and dont know what to do.
sweetypielovely Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 This guy has you right where he wants you. He knows you love him and clearly has a problem exclusively being yours. You broke it off once because you got sick of it. He is using you to get what he wants, and his lack of commitment to you says it all. Ive been in this type of situation before. Youll always end up hurt and wondering. Your gonna have to let go and let him come crawling back and prove himself to you. Id let him grovel if hes really into you.
