ashleysun Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Hey everyone - I am looking for someone's opinion about what to do in the situation I'm in! To start off, I met a guy a few weeks ago at a bar (I know I know...), we seemed to hit it off and exchanged numbers. Now I normally don't expect to hear from guys after a night like that, but he texted me the next day (calling me gorgeous on top of that!) and suggested hanging out sometime. Well I was quite busy for the next week and a half and we finally hung out a few days ago on Friday night. Before hanging out, he wouldn't text me much (or call), just every once in awhile to see how my weekend was or how my night was (I'm talking texting maybe one time during the week and twice during the weekend). On Friday he had asked me to do something and we ended up getting drinks and getting to know one another - he was very sweet, calling me beautiful, very complimentive, wanting to get to know who I am.... He had wanted to do something the following night, but due to work I was unable to do something, he had texted me just a little that night (which is normal so far I guess). He also had said he wanted to do something during the week this week, I told him whatever he wanted to do would probably work! He has been texting me more than he has before, but I don't feel we communicate very much....he has contacted me almost everyday since last Friday but only via text...and the texts aren't ongoing, it is only a few here and there. Although I know there is no texting "etiquette", I am wondering if I am either trying to second guess him liking me or if this is typical guy behavior. Thanks all!
Professor X Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 I think you need to give it some time.. Only 1 date you had so far, give it 2, maybe 3 more dates and see if anything changes, if nothing, than I'd say he's not much into you - or just looking for something casual.
Rafaela Posted August 26, 2011 Posted August 26, 2011 yes he likes you, but if i were u i wouldnt get involved of any sexual or flirting night till he make it official that he really likes u and expressing his feelings torwards u and wat he thinks abt u and what kind of relationship is heading to.
