Before I get into it, here's a little back story on how we met.

I was introduced to this girl via my parents. Long story short, my father reconnected with an old friend who has a daughter and suggested that we meet up.

So, we have been on two dates and have a 3rd date planned for this Friday. Our first two dates went well...good conversation, light touching, with each date ending with a hug. There was a slight lull after we hugged on the 2nd date and in hindsight, I should have gone in for the kiss, but alas I had my reservations and here's why. We are both Korean. I was born and raised in Los Angeles. She's been here since 2003...attended USC and now works as an accountant. Given her relative short time living in the states, her proficiency in English is quite outstanding with barely a hint of an accent. My concern is about her expectations and how slow or fast she's accustomed to starting any sort of relationship. Since she's been living in LA for 8 years, should I assume that her dating mindset is similar to that of a more westernized girl or should I proceed with caution and treat her as if I'm dating a girl in Korea where the dating culture is much more reserved? She's coming to my place for dinner and a movie so it'll give us a chance to be a little more intimate and perhaps, if the mood is right, take things a little further.

While I welcome any opinions and/or advice, I'd like to hear from any of you Korean ladies and gents who can relate to my current situation.

Thanks.
