However, there are leaders and then there are "leaders"....and wanting to be "that" person, which is a feeling we all get at one point in time in the presence of certain individuals, that's a sign that we're in the company of someone that's just a cut above your typical leader. .

He's moving to my city in January (already had plans to), but he'll be visiting me at some point this fall -- it's not exactly clear when because it depends on when he recovers from a surgery he's getting -- but either October or November.
