We've spoken on the phone almost every day since and despite both our busy schedules, we've met a couple of times. The problem is with our schedules. Im a single mom of a 3 yr old, he shares custody of his 2 young girls (5 & 7yrs old)...I work from 4PM til 1AM, and his schedule is from 10PM-6AM and a second job from 3PM-9PM. I've been single for a while and really connect with him...I hate to give up on something that could be wonderful. any advice?

Or perhaps you can both try to negotiate different working schedules with your bosses and have your free time match, so that you can be together.

I wish...he agreed to work his night shift schedule before I came into the picture, I don't think it'll be in his best interest with his company to switch back. Thank you for replying...
