sd89 Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Its now been 3 weeks with strict no contact. Once about a week ago she called me to tell me that I had some envelope at her house. I just told her its not important and to throw it away. Then she asked me how I am doing. I think the envelope was just an excuse to call me. I quickly told her that I had to go that I was in the middle of something. Today I left my skype on and came home to see that she wrote me to see how I was doing. I dont plan on writing back. But I know she will try again to reach me somehow. Should I respond to her next contact and keep it minimal just to be nice?
just_scott Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 your next move is whatever you want it to be ,only you can decide that call
Buttercup84 Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Wait till she contacts you again , then just keep it polite. Give short answers and let her keep the convo going. See what she wants to say.
Author sd89 Posted August 21, 2011 Author Posted August 21, 2011 I would like to be in contact of course but I know that its better for me if I don't. So i kept it short and polite. Doesn't really seem like anything too important. She told me how shes been sick the last 4 weeks and working too much. Asked me how work is going and how excited I am to go on vacation back home. Asked me if I signed up for school yet. Could be that shes trying to get her foot in the door, cause she knows she shouldn't be contacting me unless its anything important. I thought it was important since she tried to reach me the night before and the next morning. But it also seems like just saying hi.
