SweetDaphne Posted August 17, 2011 Posted August 17, 2011 (edited) I met this great guy over the weekend at a friends picnic I was at. He was there and is a friend of my friend. We hit it off, had a great time, and were getting quite cozy by the end of the night. We ended up staying there together (no drinking and driving) and stayed with each other. We did some heavy making out but nothing more. We had left it as whatever will be, will be (as we live over an hour from each other). The next day I left and sent him a text message saying I had a great time and hope he visits sometime soon. He responded quickly and we went back and forth the next couple of days regularly. I went back to work and he still has off as he's a teacher, but the day I went back the texting between each other slowed down considerably. I'm at work and can still get texts but they've slowed on his end and I feel like I'm the one making the initial attempts when we do text. I asked him if he'd like to visit this weekend and he stated he wasn't sure what his plans were yet, but he'd let me know. My question to you is: is he just busy and that's why it's slowed down and he won't commit to the weekend or is he more likely losing interest and just slowing down because of it?
