Moi...with regard to niceness....I think the crucial difference, which defines whether someone may be appealing or not is this- are they someone 'nice', meaning timid, and lacking in some selfconfidence and assertion? If so, possible problem. Or- are they 'nice' as in caring sweet, thoughtful or whatever- with plenty of self confidence too? If the latter, then great!
