I don't know what that means exactly, and I think I'd like to keep it that way.

You're absolved- just don't look.

Out of curiosity, what exactly are people doing to look younger? I've heard about the standard things like, don't smoke, don't drink, use SPF, anti-wrinkle creams, plastic surgery, but beyond that it's a "mysterious" world for me. Do those anti-wrinkle creams even work?

Yes and no, usually takes three weeks for results. I guess my secret and my mom's is TONS of water, I drink around 8-12 glasses/bottles a day. Sometimes I add crystal light to make it easier but it makes a difference. Water flushes toxins and helps to keep collogen levels steady. I know that as soon as I started drinking more water my skin looked brighter, was less red and youthful looking.

Another thing that I think makes a difference is foods that are good for you, blueberries, salmon(my favorite) and strawberries all support elasticity and a glowy look. Another kind of weird trick that my grandma taught me is Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

At 21 years old isn’t the secret to looking young just being young? Although maybe we should study your pee it could help us figure it out. You’d have to pee in front of us though so we know its yours.

Haha, yep it is my secret my grandma aged SUPER well til my uncle passed and then she aged overnight. I got paranoid about aging when I was 15 and then a friend got skincancer and from then on it was suncreen everyday and water. My mom has psoriasis so she had to be even more liberal with suncreen and lotion. I will swear by water forever it is cheap and works miracles!! No more acne or dry patches for me, my favorite compliment is when people think im wearing fondation!!

You're dissolution is glaring in this debate.

I'm only describing my observations. Are you accusing Experience of being a rotten teacher?

BTW what about a person who eats mostly red meat but never smokes or drinks, and still looks young when they're old-ish? Nobody talks about them.

I have good genes- and it helps that I haven't had kids. When I tell people my age they are always shocked. I look after myself though- I stay really thin, I work in fashion, But I do get botox once and a while.

I don't know how I managed to keep looking a bit younger for so long, because I've been an on again off again drinker, and a sometimes smoker- and some of my pics are from when I was 38- and range until I turned 41.

When I do a search on my dating site for men my age, I just feel disappointed. They truly do look like my dad.

I just want to find a dude my age that takes care of himself in the same way I do... And that's hard to find.

I am going to probably start online dating in the fall. I'm 39 1/2, i'm going out tonight, i'll snap a pic. I'd really love an honest opinion on how I look.

People tell me I look good & younger than almost 40 but I've also lost a ton of weight so I don't get into whether I look good to them because I look good period or because I used to be a fat bastard. LOL!
