He is having a great time servicing himself, and then he wants oral sex but I won't because I'm afraid he's got some bacteria down there (for reasons I won't describe). He gets upset and loses his arousal. I explain why I wouldn't, then offer to finish if he washes off. He does but then when we commence he can't have an orgasm.
