lana_sa Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 I really cant move on,i know it for sure..what is the best thing to do? call him,,,go NC? try with other stuff? any tips?
blakjak Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 I am currently in NC with a former lover of mine. From what I can gather from various sources it's always better to let the person in question chase you. Even if it takes a long time.

lvm Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Take time to yourself. *If* he comes back, you don't want it to be rushed. You want to be sure that both you and him have truly taken the time to heal and then reflect. It sounds like this is a recent breakup. My deepest sympathies - what a rough time. It does get better. I heard from my ex after a month of taking time to myself. Of course it'll vary on the circumstances of the breakup, the depth of the relationship, and the maturity of the individual.
blakjak Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 at present, nearing a month, however... i am about to crack soon i fear lol
Jekka Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 I am now in NC with my ex which is really hard i know and its been nearly 13 weeks and im still waiting for him but he has a gf now and i know he wont come back, i guess i still have hope he will since we has come back 4 times now and yer if u really do love him then wait for him and see if he does good luck
lvm Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 @blakjak.. hold on! I almost cracked so many times, but just kept telling myself that I wouldn't want to rush communication, especially the processing time. The day that I first heard was literally the day that I was about to go over there and say "This is bullsh*t, let's put this all aside and just be friends" because I was so tired of it and missed my friend.
blakjak Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 i'm sorted. my mates gave me a right bollocking. told me to man up lulz. not a bad idea. but yeah, carry on with NC
LeonardDavis Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 If you really love your ex, you will do whatever it takes just to win her back. But if she doesn't love you now, it is much better to let her go if you really love her. how to get my ex back
Lis007 Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 I Miss my husband as well and I have written him a letter, talked with him and met up and he seems its pointless he doesn't love me or have any good memories of our 20 years together. We did have great times I am still waiting for a miracle to bring us back together again. I am to scared to try no contact... and we have to have contact for the kids.
