Nat23 Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 A while back I had a fall on a construction site. I injured my lower back and hip and was out of commission for some weeks. Even after rehab the injuried hip side always tires easy. I had never been able to put the strength back in my legs and both knees act up. My legs were never big but now my GF calls them chicken legs (teases me) because I still have a big muscular upper body. I do go to the gym but find I can not do squats like I used so I use the leg press some. I won't touch the leg extension or leg curl machines anymore. They seem to bother my knees. I am not even 30 years old yet and my knees and hips feel like they are 50. Any advice. I wondering about high rep body weight exercises instead.
FitChick Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 See if someone near you does prolotherapy. Lots of information and videos on that website.
