My ex sent me a load of dvd's as a suprise then we broke up! It didn't feel right to open them so I just put them away.. I've just this second opened them, I'm ok, I think :confused: But I'm worried about watching them incase I get upset.

 

Hmmm, not sure why I'm posting this but hey :)

Doesn't matter what they are, they're a trigger for feelings that you're trying to avoid. Put them away and keep them there for now.

I really should watch them..I don't know :confused: I would have watched them with her, I think that's why I'm avoiding watching them but we're not going to watch them together so shall I just watch them? Argh! Ha!
