You need some level of neediness and insecurity in relationships. Neediness and Insecurity may be unattractive outside of a relationship, but while in a relationship it shows the other person you care. Obviously to much of either will drive them away so you need a good balance. I think you're putting to much thought into these situations.

If she is having sex with others I doubt there is a relationship at all.

After sex, you say, "are you seeing other guys" and she says " I don't know what I want" or " Yes I need to date others" you just dump her? OR you just don't ask and decide on your own and just fade out? What does the Alpha Male do.. who never asks to be exclusive?

If you're free to date other people, then she is too. And if you want to be exclusive with her so badly, then just ask her. Stop worrying about what you have to do to qualify as an alpha male. If you're asking these questions, you're obviously a beta trying to pass as an alpha, so why don't you just embrace your true self?

And unless she's trash, she'll have the other guy use them too. OP, since you aren't in a relatinship, 2 seems like the only fair answer to me. If you don't like her hanging out with other guys you should have told her it's exclusivity or the highway.

If you care about each other, there doesn't even need to be a discussion on if you're "exclusive" or not, it just happens. If you are doubting whether your partner is sleeping around or not, you slept together too soon.

I've heard stories of people dating divorced people and after 6 months to find out they were still messed up and still dating other people. What if you are not doubting at all. You know they are dating other people?

I would but only if I wasn't looking for a relationship and my sense is most of the time women more than men want a relationship.

Trying to get a romantic connection with other of people is not better than trying to get a sexual connection with other people.

Dating implies a prelude to a relationship (to me). If she say, had one main guy, but wanted me to jump her cables every now and then and I liked her a lot, I'd probably go there.
