bluenightowl Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 What do you do after sex? 1) play it cool 2) talk about it I like a woman but wonder if I should get roll with it or put it on the line.. I'm not really into woman who date many men sexually BUT I can see woman not being into men who force the issue of exclusivity. I'm not even sure I like her, but I think women like men who know where they stand. I also think one needs to speak up and tell someone your boundaries.
XTAL Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Why would you need to talk about it? Agreed. The closest thing to talking about it is the "that was awesome" or "Shower?" and then from there.
Author bluenightowl Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 the reason is there are nasty STD's out there and well I like to know where one stands after sex.
TuffCookieX Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 the reason is there are nasty STD's out there and well I like to know where one stands after sex. I don't push the "exclusive talk" too soon because I don't wanna scare anyone away. If you're scared of STDs, use protection (you should anyway). Usually afterwards I'm too exhausted and out of breath to talk anyway so I just chill and pass out.
KR10N Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 lol. Talk about STDs after having sex sounds bad. I would rather find this out beforehand.
TuffCookieX Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 ^ Hmmm, bit of a passion killer. Haha ok ok I cuddle sometimes too
Ross MwcFan Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Haha ok ok I cuddle sometimes too My post was aimed at bluenightowl's post where he mentioned talking about STD's. You must've posted while I was making my post.
Ross MwcFan Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Tell her to go make me a sandwich 'Get me some beers from the shop' 'Make me breakfast' 'Iron my shirts!'
Author bluenightowl Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 Make a sandwich. I might as well, but the question is really about when to talk about where the relationship is going. so many here say if it gets as well as sex you should talk about it.
carhill Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 I'd recommend 'talking about the relationship' and 'where it's going' outside of the bedroom, not to be confused with 'pillow talk' inside the bedroom. My anecdote was accurate, in that my exW would be snoring 30 seconds after sex so I did indeed often go make a sandwich.
SmileFace Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 ...............make a sandwich!" Oh,wait it has been said.
sm1tten Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 The order of your actions is off; talking about these things should have been done prior to having sex, certainly before having unprotected sex. Otherwise, I second carhill's suggestion that it take place outside of the bedroom, preferably before the act is repeated. After sex I usually do some sort of triumphant dance, unless it was bad sex, in which case I usually leave.
dispatch3d Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 hahaha talk about std's after sex. So uhhh, got herpes? hahaha that would make a great condom commercial.
alphamale Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 have a smokeurinate and/or do poohbrush my teethgo to sleep
carhill Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 As the male's responses seem to indicate, most of the 'talking' is done with their happenis.
Fondue Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 After climax, I always put my clothes on and leave. I never, ever, slept over after coitus. I just can't bring myself to do it. Dude, always use a condom. Always. Regardless of how much you know the girl, how long you been doing it, etc. It's always better to be play it safe.
