You are doing the right thing, even though it was going to hurt her feelings. Just try to be as amicable as possible towards her--you both need to not see eachother for a while. Good luck.

It has hurt my feeling to...remmeber, I still care for her and love her...it was killing me to see her upset...****, she has to call her parents and tell them and cancel things for our July 2005 Wedding...

Yes, kudos for breaking off the engagement (you seemed really torn in your first thread, and I don't think anyone deserves to be with someone with such conflicting thoughts, nor does anyone deserve to feel so guilty for having such thoughts - as much as it hurts, you're probably both better off right now.)

 

So, what about the 18-year-old? Is she still in the picture?

 

Also, you need to come to face with the fact that you've probably lost your fiancee forever. You say you want to be with her, but depending on what you told her when you broke it off, or how much you told her, she probably doesn't want to be with you.

 

I wish you happiness and contentment when you settle down after you sew your wild oats, but you probably blew it with your ex-fiancee.

18 year old is still there...I think about her all the time but havent talked to her in a week just to clear my head before talking with my ex-fiancee'
