Jaa89 Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 I have known this girl since High School and we have worked with each other for the past 8 years. We are very similar to each other in our ways and would say we are both shyer types. Anyways, we are both single and I am really beginning to like her and see she is exactly what I would want in a partner. We have never really been close out of work, I think we are both just to shy to admit we like each other, which leads to avoidance. At work I catch her looking at me and she generally laughs at a lot of things I say even when they are not that funny. We really do have chemistry at work as well. What really throughs me off with her is she is quiet. She really does not initiate conversation with me about my outside of work life. She sometimes ignores me for periods of time, then goes back to being normal around me. I just don't get it. What do you think I should do? What should I make of her mixed signals?
